- How can I get access to my data?
You can go to your profile in the Banqup (mobile and web version) and access the information we hold about you.
- How to rectify my data
If you want to update your email, we invite you to open the mobile app and go to the menu. In the menu (Settings > change email address) you have the possibility to change your email. Please note that we will verify your new email address by sending a numeric code before it is accepted.
If you want to update your identity document and/or your phone number, we recommend/invite you to delete your account via the menu (Settings > delete account) and recreate an account.

- How do I object to the processing of my personal data
Currently, we offer you the possibility to delete your account.
- How do I export my data?
We invite you to contact the service desk (via the contact form or by emailing support@banqup.com) and ask for an export of your data.

- How do I delete my personal information?
Simply removing the app from your phone will not erase your data in the application.
In order to delete your personal data, you need to delete your account. You can perform a delete in the mobile application via the menu (Profile > Settings > Delete).
Please note that these rights may be limited in some situations under applicable law. For instance, if you made use of our payment services, we might be entitled to keep your personal data according to the law. We invite you to consult the Payment Privacy Notice to understand why we keep your data.
Note: Deletion is permanent — once profile information is removed, it can't be recovered.

Even though we strongly encourage you to follow the above processes to exercise your rights, you can still contact the DPO Office (gdpr@unifiedpost.com). You will then receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your request. Unifiedpost shall strive to address your request without undue delay, and no later than 1 month after acknowledging receipt of your request. If your request is particularly complex, or if you sent several requests, the time for a response can be extended by a further 2 months. We would inform you of any such extension within a month after receiving your request.
