Once you have created an intervention and determined what needs to be done, you can now plan and execute the intervention. After clicking on "Plan", you can enter the following information:
- The planned date.
- The planned time.
- The planned duration.
Tip We recommend entering the date you agreed with the customer as the planned date. This will be helpful in the next step of planning.
Once you have entered the planned date of the intervention, the "Save" and "Check free collaborators" buttons become visible. Click "Save" to plan the intervention.
When you click on "Check free collaborators", you will see an overview of the planning of all collaborators who are allowed to carry out interventions.
- Grey/white: this collaborator currently has nothing planned on that date.
- Green: this collaborator has 1 to 3 interventions scheduled for that date. If you click on the bar, you will also see the details/hours of the interventions.
- Orange: this employee has 4 to 5 interventions in his calendar for that date.
- Red: this employee has more than 5 interventions in their planning for that date.
Tip Via the dropdown "Select the team", you can see the planning per team.
