It is possible to create a purchase order from a sales order in Akti. To do so, follow the steps below.
1. Press the Actions button of the sales order on which you want to create a purchase order. Next, click on "Purchase Order".
2. Next, the list of articles on the sales order is displayed and the suppliers that are set up in the catalog are automatically selected. You can still modify these suppliers here, or select one if this has not already taken place.
3. The Quantity can also be adjusted in this screen.
4. You can also check to deliver at the customer.
5. When you click on "Create" at the bottom of the screen, Akti will now create one or more purchase orders, depending on the number of selected suppliers.
6. In the sales order there will now also be a link to this purchase order.
