In Akti you can easily convert proforma invoices into final invoices by means of the actions on the proforma invoice.
Tip If you already received the payment of the proforma invoice, you can also record this payment on the proforma invoice. This payment will then also be transferred to the final invoice and the balance of this invoice.
1. Open the Sales Invoices submenu of the Invoicing module. Press on the proforma invoice you want to convert in the list.
2. Go to Actions and choose "Invoice".
Tip Before you can convert the proforma invoice, this proforma invoice must first have been sent to the customer.
3. The invoice number of the new invoice is automatically filled in.
