In this article you will find out how you can quickly mark a quote as won or lost.
Tip You will automatically receive an e-mail when the customer or prospect has responded to your quote. This is only the case if the customer responds via the web link.
1. Go to the Quotes submenu of the CRM module and choose a quote from the list.
2. If the quote has been accepted, click on "Mark as Won".
3. If the quote was declined, click on "Mark as lost". Choose a reason for the lost quote in the list.
Tip You can set up the values in the field "Reason lost quote" from the advanced settings of the Quotes submenu.
