Archive, restore and delete a sales invoice

Archive

Go to Sales Invoices submenu from Invoicing module then click on invoice's Small and choose Archive.archive

At Confirm pop-up window click on OK.archive

Another way to archive an invoice is to click on it and click on Archive button.archivearchive

Restore 

To restore an invoice you have to go on Archive Invoices from Big. restore

Click on invoice's Small and choose Restore and at Confirm pop-up window click on OK.restorerestore

Another way to restore an invoice is to click on it and then click on Restore.restore

Delete

To delete an invoice you have to go to Archive Invoices then click on invoice's Small and choose Delete.restoredelete

At Confirm pop-up window click on OK.delete

Another way to delete an invoice is to click on it and click on Delete.delete

Archive, restore and delete purchase invoices

Archive

To archive a purchase invoice you have to go to Purchase Invoices submenu from Invoicing module and click on an invoice.archive

Click on Actions then choose Archive. archive

Restore 

To restore an invoice you have to go to Archived Invoice by clicking on Big.Restore

Click on an invoice then click on Restore.RestoreRestore

Delete

To delete an invoice click on invoice's Small and choose Delete. Delete

At Confirm pop-up window click on OK.Delete

You can do the same steps at Archived Invoices, clicking on invoice's Small and choose Delete then click OK. RestoreDeleteDelete

Also you can click on the invoice from Archived Invoice and click on Delete.
