There are three important things you need to set up to work with web links from quotes:
1. The variable [!WEB_LINK!] must be present in the e-mail you send to customers.
You can set this up in the basic settings of quotes.
2. You need to set up which actions your customers can undertake via the weblink. You can do this in the advanced settings, in the menu about the web link using the sliders.
3. You may want to reread and/or customise the response emails sent to your customers in the different languages. This is also done via the settings of the Quote web link, by filtering between the different tabs.
Standard texts are always provided here. So you are not obligated to change them. Don't forget to save your changes and if necessary adjust the text in the different languages.
