There are two types of stock displayed in the Akti product catalog:
- Stock
- Anticipated stock
1. The first column "Stock" indicates which quantity of this item you must have physically in your warehouse at the moment.
2. The second column "Anticipated stock" takes into account all orders (both from customers and suppliers) in the system which are currently not yet delivered or received.
This anticipated stock indicates the quantity to which your stock will evolve when all orders in your system are completed. It allows you to anticipate a lack of stock.
By means of the blue information icon you can obtain the details behind the calculation of the anticipated stock and thus visualise all current orders.
The number in brackets represents the quantity of the article that is currently being ordered from the supplier and has therefore yet to arrive.
Example: you are the seller of the best paper in the world and you currently have a stock of 20 pieces and an expected stock of 20 pieces (0) in Akti.
