At the bottom of your quote you can add notes & general conditions manually and/or automatically. Below you can find an overview.
1. Manually
- Go to the Quotes submenu of the CRM module. Click on a quote and choose the action "Edit". Open the Notes & general conditions field by clicking on the arrow on the right.
- Enter the notes that you want to appear at the bottom of your quote. You can format the text as you like.
- Fill in the general conditions you want to add to your quote. Here you can also format the text as you wish.
- Use the slider to show your terms and conditions on a new page or not.
2. Automatically
- Go to the Quotes submenu of the CRM module and click on the Settings Quotes Settings.
- Click on Notes & general conditions in the basic settings.
- You can enter the text of your Notes & general conditions for the different languages of your documents (see Settings-Regional).
- Enter the notes that you want to show by default with your quote. You can also format the text here.
- Fill in the general conditions that you want to show by default with your quote. Here you can also format the text as you wish.
- Use the slider to show your terms and conditions on a new page or not.
Tip The standard Notes & general conditions will automatically appear in your quote in the language you selected for the respective quote. Therefore you need to have entered them first in the Settings Quote Settings for the respective language.
