If you want to add extra information in the CRM of Akti, you can create extra fields via the settings of the CRM module.
1. Click on Settings and then on CRM settings.
2. Go to Accounts or Contacts to add custom fields.
3. You can create Custom fields for accounts or contacts by clicking on Add.
4. You can now give the field a description and select whether or not it should be a drop-down list.
Tip A drop-down list allows you to create a number of values from which users can choose. If unchecked, users can enter free information in the field.
