This article explains how to reactivate a deleted (archived) account of a customer. To do so, follow the steps described below.
1. Click on the Accounts & contacts submenu of the CRM module.
2. Click on Dropdown and choose Archived accounts. The overview of all archived accounts will appear.
3. Then select the account you want to reactivate from this list.
4. Click on Dropdown and choose the Restore action.
