With Akti it's easy to search for a customer or supplier account. By means of the filters you can select specific criteria.
1. Go to the submenu Accounts & contacts of the CRM module and click on Accounts.
2. The list of accounts can be filtered quickly on a specific criterion or simultaneously according to the four different criteria (Nature, Type, Country and Account Manager).
3. You can also search specifically on the name of the accounts.
4. To delete a particular selection criterion, click on Cross next to the chosen field.
5. To refine your search, you can also use other filters. To do so, click on Dropdown and select the Advanced search action.
