You can determine which VAT values and VAT regimes apply to your account. You can set this from the Settings module of your account and then "VAT". It is done in two steps:
- Creating the VAT values
- Creating the VAT regimes
1. Creating VAT values
You can delete, manage and add new VAT values that apply in your account. You can also set a default VAT value here.
Click on Add to add a new value. Via Dropdown you are able to adjust or delete the different values if you like.
Tip VAT values apply to the items in your account.
2. Creating VAT regimes
Once you have added VAT values, you can use them to create VAT regimes. Click on Add to add a new VAT regime.
Tip VAT regimes are applied to customers and can override the VAT values of products. This way you can also create multiple VAT regimes with the same VAT value.
