There are several options within Akti to quickly navigate between documents. Below you find an overview.
1. Back and next
In every module within Akti you can go to the "Back" and/or "Next" document/item by using the arrows in the upper right corner.
This function takes into account the search function and/or filter you applied to the list at that moment. It shows between the arrows how many documents/items there are according to the search function. The results are always sorted chronologically.
Example: in the screenshot below, the 2nd document of the 9 search results is currently displayed. Clicking the left arrow takes you back to the 1st document and clicking the right arrow takes you to the 3rd document.
2. Back to overview
When you open a document/item after having performed a search or applied a filter, you can quickly return to the general overview by clicking on "Back". Then you can open another document from the list.
3. Documents timeline
If you want to retrieve all documents of one specific customer, you can do this from the CRM. Go to the customer sheet and open the "Documents timeline" tab.
Here you get a chronological list of all documents that have been created for this account. You can search and/or filter them by document type using the search function.
