During document creation, there are 2 ways of adding articles to these documents:
- Add article from catalogue
- Add article from catalogue in bulk
These 2 ways of adding articles each have a different function:
- The first option is best used when you want to add one or two articles to a document. This option is designed for quick additions. You type the code or the name of the article and click on this article, after which the search function will close.
- The bulk option is recommended when you want to add several articles to a document or want more information about the articles you are going to add. When you click this option, a pop-up will open with a more detailed overview of the catalogue. Here you can search and add articles by using the + icon. Also the number of the article can be adjusted here.
