Notes and general conditions will appear on you contract's PDF. To add notes and general conditions automatically you have to follow next steps:
- Click on Contracts submenu from CRM module and click on then click on Contracts Settings.
- Click on Notes & General Conditions then click.
- You can add notes and general conditions to different language of your contract. You will have to select the language.
- Add notes and general conditions and format the text as you wish.
- Click on Save.
If you want to add manually notes to your contract you need to scroll down and add text, select the Due Date and Assing to then click on Add Comment.
